when I was a kid i had problem with my overweight and i really want to do something about it but i lack the confidence and discipline to do something about it. One day I went on the balance and toke a good look in the mirror. I looked like sh*t, still overweight and then i knew i had to do something about it. I started working out on my own initiative. I started running and cycling outside for hours and days but i did'nt had a proper diet and i was definitly overtraining. I losed weight but i wasn't really happy with the way my body looked. Then one day one of my best friend asked my to work out in the gym and after a few week my friend stopt but i continued working out. After 2 year of training i packed on some muscle but because i still didn't had a proper diet my body did not change. it was only since this this february 2010 i really began lifting VERY serious and also started eating healthier too and it brought me where i am now. there's still a lot of work to do but I'm happy at what i reached now and I know that the work is never done...
Because it's my lifestyle and I just love to go to the gym and work my butt off. It gives me confidence and something to look toward every day i wake up. After a good workout I feel like a million bucks. Also by helping other people and people who motivate me and help me through my training is another reason why i love it. It's all worth the effort and i know that HARD WORK ALWAYS PAY.
