I want to confess that I have been just like everyone else that goes to the gym, without a plan,thinking that personal trainer was worthless, diet was against my beliefs, and that I didnt need any help from anyone. Today I realized (Week 2 - Day 8 ) how committed I am for this challenge. I am dedicated to it and loyal to my trainer, Kris Gethin. I want to win this challenge, and I am pushing myself as much as I can. Will do what ever I can also to be able to stand out. No more time to waste. Will get it done.
