I started training at 19, My metabolism started slowing as I got older and poor diet led to me looking seriously out of shape and not able to stay lean eating what I wanted anymore.
So I decided to do something about it, I was always a big martial arts fan and as with alot of people loved watching Bruce Lee.
Not just for his skill but also his physicality, So going into the gym my vision was? Look like Bruce.
A gym Instructor named Derek who worked there noticed me and my friends capability with heavy weights as we were both manual labourers and leant us Pumping Iron. Soon after my vision became Arnold.
I have trained now over a decade and although my goals are always changing my health is paramount.
I honestly don't think I have gone more than a couple of weeks in this time without training my body, Its my way of life and who I am, I take great satisfaction from every workout out still knowing that after every session I am a better me and that's I suppose why I love working out.
To be the best me I can be.
Isn't that what life is about?.
