I have always been athletic growing up. I am definitely the tom boy in my family. I played any sport I could get in to. After having my first baby in 2011, I was not very happy with my body anymore. I slowly started working out, going to BodyPump classes at the gym and Zumba at a local studio. With my second pregnancy in 2013, I worked out and went to Zumba classes until I was 36 weeks. Six weeks waiting to get back working out seemed like forever. I have been working out since. I started Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer January 1st as my 2014 New Year's resolution. My goal is to confidently wear a bikini by my daughter's first birthday. I've got until June 25 :)
I love working out because of all the benefits I receive. Of course the physical appearance that gradually gets better and better. I am a competitive person so I love challenges and pushing myself to higher limits. But If I am having a stressful day with the kids, I go to gym and come home in better mood. I have an awesome husband that pushes me to go if I seem bitter or discouraged about something. Another thing is that I love my local gym. Everybody there is so nice and encouraging. It is definitely a positive environment.
