I realized I needed to get in shape after looking at my holiday pictures, I didnt want to end up looking prematurely middle-aged down the line in a few years time-which is what I would have been if I didn't stop the indiscriminate eating, because I liked to cook! Now looking back, I am so pleased with my achievement so far but I have another different emphasis which is to build a body of a fitness model(and feel great as well!).

It's the feeling of being in control, and the results you see in yourself inside and out!
