After I had my third baby I realized I had lost a lot of muscle, probably from being fairly sedentary while pregnant 3 times in 5 years and from not eating enough protein while pregnant. I found NROLFW on Amazon and started on that program. I found my new passion, weightlifting. It was a missing piece to my fitness puzzle. I had "done the machines" for years with little results. I have made more progress in the past year than I have over the past 10 before.

I work at a desk job so one of my main objectives is to combat the years of damage done to my posture. I had upper crossed syndrome. I had an anterior tilting pelvis and have always had mild scoliosis.

It of course makes me feel strong but also I love to compete against myself and see positive changes in my posture and the way I feel.
