I was a softball pitcher for 11 years. At 12 I started getting serious about my sport and wanted to be the best I could be so I started working out in my parent's basement running on the treadmill and lifting weights on the home gym every day. I went to college to study Kinesiology and started working as a personal trainer. I had a few friends at work who were bodybuilders. I had considered trying to compete for years and finally my good friend at the time started training for her first bikini show. I was definitely inspired to stop wishing and start doing and I stepped on stage six months later.

It's my sanity! It's my life! haha I give as much as I can every day to my job, my church, everything around me. Fitness is the one thing I get to have all to myself!! There is never an end to what I can strive to accomplish.
