I joined the gym and just intended to go 1-2 times a week, but I started to push my body harder and harder and the gym became my release, I grew tired or people talking **** about me that wasn't true so I gave them something to talk about that was, i learned that people can take everything away from me but they can't take away the body that I have earned through hard work and sheer determination, I now go to the gym 6 times a week and I continually push my body and focus on my body goals which I aim to achieve
It's hard to explain but here goes, when I am in the gym I go into a world of my own and I love being able to focus on what ever body part I am working on, I like the feeling of walking out of the gym feeling pumped up and energised, If I ever walk out of the gym doubting my progress then I know I haven't done enough in that workout and al work twice as hard in my next one luckily that hasn't happened yet
