I used to run Varsity Cross Country, Track & Field, and also play Basketball in high school at a body weight of 125lbs. Whatever sport I do, I take it to the limit and the extreme. I was unhappy with my skinny physique, and around 18 years old I started taking weightlifting class and right then and there I fell in love and knew this is my thing! I quit running, and basketball and have been bodybuilding and doing isometrics and various types of cardio workouts ever since!
I workout from home in a garage and it's okay and everything for the time being... but I 'd like to someday be able to go to a gym and meet people and to motivate people! I was banned from a Gold's Gym in my local town and there are no others around. Makes you wonder if I did something wrong but no wasn't liked by the owners of the gym. So as you see this is just the beginning, hope to meet many people in the future and form relationships.
Bodybuilding to me is a love/hate, "relationship". I love taking my workouts to the extreme and beyond failure. It also is like a type of meditation for me because I get in the zone and take out my anger. I set very small goals and succeed on whatever I set out to achieve in my workouts. I also love motivating other people in their workouts to make them go to the extreme. Train insane in the membrane!
