I've started exercising years ago when I had a workout buddy. Unfortunately life happened and people became busy. Fast forward to end of 2019, I became extremely unhappy with my life, mentally and physically. Then Covid19 came and increase my overall health. I know I needed to make the change. So I started reviving my workout schedule. Almost one year later, I'm still going strong. I haven't been this refreshed for so many years and I don't see myself going back. My life is much healthier, mentally and physically. The food I am consuming is much more cleaner. Overall I'm getting back my path to a better me.
Why I Love it
Becoming active helps me keep pushing forward. My body is transformed to something I can be proud to own again. Concentration is much more pronounced. Most importantly my mental state is positive and I am excited to see what I can achieve.
