My first workout was during my freshman year of high school, but my football coach in 2010 taught me the ins and outs of lifting. After I stopped playing football my junior year, I started getting really serious about working out. Since then I've been very consistent at the gym. When somebody asked me at the beginning of the fall 2013 semester "Are you into body building?" It got me thinking about why I was doing what I did. So I gave it a lot of thought and decided to start body building for real. At that point I decided that I would eventually compete and become a model. With a lot more hard work, my limits that I set on myself from the past will be long behind me.
Working out has been my favorite thing to do for about three and a half years, but I just recently found body building to be my passion. I acquired my personal trainer certification to help people reach their goals as well.
