I started lifting for football in high school. I was also a member of the power-lifting team. I really didn't start doing any sort of bodybuilding until a few years ago and lacked the dedication to see it thru. In 2013, I started getting serious working towards my goals.

I feel healthier and more energetic when I work out. Its hard work that has a great payoff.
