I got interested when I was about 11 after watching Conan the Barbarian. I was always smaller than everyone else and weighed 130 when I graduated high school. I wanted to be bigger and stronger and so I started lifting.

I love the feeling after going to the gym. I have depression issues and nothing cheers me up more than getting in the gym and breaking a sweat. I like the changes I see and I like feeling better and stronger each day.
