Being on active duty during 1988 thru 1994 I was at my healthiest. I was running a 5:15 minute mile while completing my maxium amount on push ups. Unfortunately, I would fall short on my sit-ups. I was able to push myself to the extreme.

I am now 43 years old. I work in the Healthcare profession and try to live a healthy lifestyle. My goal is to qualify and complete the Boston Marathon. And to train and compete in an Ironman Triathlon. I really enjoy pushing myself and willing to work to see results. I believe we are given one chance to form our body into something better.
