I have always wanted to be fit and healthy. I have tried a few times before but I never could get motivated enough. Recently my company decided to get everyone gym memberships. I signed up thinking this will be a great opportunity for me to get in shape. They actually check how much we use the membership and told us when we first started we must use the gym at least 2-3 times a week. They pay for it so it is understandable that they want to be getting their money worth. The first three months I was only going a few times a week and I sort of felt like it wasn't getting my times worth in my workouts. I joined this site to help me with my workout tracking and also to learn more about the excersize that will help me reach my goals.
I am still new but so far I love to workout. Some days it is definitely a chore but I have been trying to arlesasy get in 15 min on either the treadmill or the elliptical and then deciding if I can finish my workout. I am on my feet for at least 8 hours a day most days more with my job, so sometimes the cardio is all I can do. Now that it is January a slow time in my buisness I have more time and in the next three months I am trying to get a good routine in place so that when it gets busy again I will be all in and no turning back!
