Off and on since high school football....fast forward to family and children **BAM** 40lbs are packed on in places I'd didn;t know existed!

Just starting this journey, so I'm not at the "love" phase...but at the "enduring to I see results" phase. At that point, I'm sure the virtuous cycle of doing--seeing--loving will begin.
