Had two major surgeries 2005 and in 2007 which put a halt to my boxing. After 3 yrs of half ass effort to lift weights. Weight in at 223lbs of soft flesh. That was the turning point.I have stopped and cheated on and off till Jan 2016. NO MORE

It's like combat, you get out what you put in during training. No one can do it for you.
