Some people invited me to come over to the gym with them and that is when I knew I wanted to continue. Always have had a low self confidence, but working out and seeing my body and posture change really gives myself that boost to continue and stand for what I am.
Why I Love it
Working out is my type of relaxation activity. I even feel more energized after a good workout! Going to the gym is the thing I want to do whenever I feel a bit down, just go into my own sanctuary and beast out.
