I always did exercises. I did surfing and swimming
But when I came to the United States, I did not have to keep myself healthy. when I came here in 2009 gained 25 pounds in 3 months.
I was depressed, and then to occupy my mind started going to the gym.
Not much was two to three times a week. Not worked out and then decide to return to Brazil. A year later I returned to the United States. I worked the whole year going to the gym once a week. So in the end of 2011 a friend of mine motivated me to attend more, it helped me a lot and my self esteem has improved. With the passage of time saw little results that motivated me, then 3 times a week was going 5 times. I started working out with more intensity, and fell in love gym. I'm much better today, and while away from my house I feel good because I will go to the gym all day.
I know my body is still not the way I want, but just start, and the little effort that I had already made very good result. Now I intend to work harder and have an optimal diet.
