Growing up I always watched my Pop exercise & lift weights, I was fascinated by it. He was always in shape, strong & confident. I wanted to be the same way and me being the only girl of 3 kids was the only one who was interested!

I love how I feel strong and confident when I lift. When I'm training, my mind is clear and focused only on training. Seeing changes in my body keeps me motivated to keep training!
