I started when I made a conscious decision to change my life for the better. I happened across a video by Evan Centopani and instantly knew that I wanted to look like him. He has been a role model and has unknowingly been the jump start to my bodybuilding career. I am a long way from reaching the physical goal and I understand that it may take the next two decades to be anywhere near his level, but you will never reach the finish if you don't start the race.

It takes the monotony out of my life. Each and every day I push myself to new limits and find that I can do more than I ever imagined. I was always in the group of people bitching about being overweight and unhealthy, wishing to be ripped. Bodybuilding gives me the means to make it happen.
