I started working out, and eating better for one of the challenges for money. I came to realize that no way in 12 weeks was I going to get a six pack and even be considered for one of the finalist. Now that Ive been seeing results my goals are now more realistic. My birthday is in September, I want to weigh 185 by then with 15% body fat. My body fat has been going down, my clothes fit better, and I feel better every day! All thanks to hard work, dedication, and BODYBUILDING.COM!
I love how afterwards I feel great, like I reached my goal for the day. Then at the end of the week I realize how much cardio I did (went from one mile a day walking to three miles jogging on and off) and I feel proud of myself. I work at gym part time, and one of the greatest parts of my job that I love is when other "Big Guys Like Me" ask me for advice because they see the diffrence in the weight Ibe lost! It really makes my day!
