I got serious about weight training back in 2002, when I knew that I wanted to join the Marine Corps. I knew that if I wanted to finish the most difficult basic training of all U.S. armed forces, I needed to gain strength, endurance , and Extra muscle would not hurt. When I first got started, at age 17 I was about 140 lbs.I have tried many different Supplements over the years, and I like to think I can provide a legit opinion on many supplements out there that I have tried. I was able to pack on 10 lbs of muscle before leaving for Boot camp in Sept of 2004. During my 4 years of service I got more into fitness and continued to gain muscle and endurance. My fitness helped me greatly during my time in the Marine Corps. I got multiple fitness awards, and even meritorious Promotions which were linked to my physical ability. Today I continue to stay fit, and I enjoy doing local events such as Tough Mudder, and other local runs etc.
