Ok so there are many reasons as to why I started.. the one main was cause I have obesity in my family and along with it, diabetes..
So the story goes like this...One night I got up very late in the night and called my husband to help me I was feeling like I would pass out, when he woke to help I had blacked out and was walking a crossed the bathroom floor unaware what I was doing.
My Husband took my arm and I slipped thru his hand passing out and he could not grasp me in time or hold me being I was so heavy I hit the wall and and tile floor with my head and ...
my husband describe it as a boxer being knock out... He said you were gone..
so after a whole day of ringing in my head and scared out of my mind I started my last and Final journey to lose weight. I started walking and cutting back of my intake and reading.
Then we had to move so I stopped again.Once we moved and A friend told me GO walk!! I owe him a lot for that..I saw the area and liked it so every day for month I starting walking, I got myself out to walking 2 hrs a day 7 days a weeks. thru my journey I starting riding a bike. which way fun falling into bushes :)
once I starting doing good a friend offer her gym pass to me which I use for mainly walking still.
A girlfriend of mine introduced me to this place and the rest is kick butt history!!
and Not I am at a sweet BIG gym with lot of people.. I call it a mans Gym! Hard working people and kind. Nothing or no one is worth your health you cant help others if ur not round to help them.. This has been my motto when my family complained that they were not getting their need meet. I told them if they want to have me later I need to work now.
I am sure I will come back and add more but is it in a nut shell.
I love this place and cant wait too see what my body look like after my 12 week with Lee.
Now I have been working out in the gym since Jan 2012 and the results are coming along nicely. This site ROCKS and has helped me sometimes everyday!
The people here so great! And I love taking pictures of myself again!! and feel better about myself everyday... will most days :)
