I've played basketball my whole life, through college. I always lifted weights, ran, and trained in agility/speed to stay in shape for the game...Now that I'm not playing basketball anymore, I have started lifting more to shape my body how I want it to look. I have a lot of goals in mind and am excited About reaching them.I love fitness and sports. Most of all though, I don't ever want to be mediocre in my life. I want to push myself to the max to see what I can get out of all the things God has blessed me with. I truly believe the sky is the limit, and if you want something bad enough, you can certainly have it!
It gives me a sense of purpose, a way to pursue excellence. It is a great outlet for a former athlete. Also, it keeps me in shape and healthy. I am passionate about working out and love doing it. There is nothing like the feeling of accomplishment one gets from a knitty gritty, tough workout. I live for it!
