My dad is very into fitness, so I got my love of exercising from him.

I am always looking to improve myself and become a better ME. Working out gives me the opportunity to experience self improvement. Whether it is losing/gaining weight to achieve my goals, being able to increase the weight amount at the gym, or even increasing the amount of water I drink in a day, anything counts.
