Too many bike accidents, broken bones and lost in the whole work cycle with body aches everywhere. Muffin top, jelly belly Dad, something has to change . My younger brother has always been my inspiration. He gives me advice and helps me where he can. He's a fantastic brother to have.

I started about 2005 after a bike crash that broke my left tibia and fibula at the ankle. legs are hard for me still.

Now at 47, my goals change a bit. Sometimes I would like to be leaner. At the moment I like my weight at about 106 kg with always a big need for fat loss. I just want to keep enjoying working out.

I love my Lord Jesus Christ and hope that I will be balanced in my approach to anything.

Enjoy seeing changes even though it all takes time and study. Its simply good fun.
