I was very over weight and always wanted better for my self and my daughter. I am so done with just being one in a sea of people, I want to stand out. I owe this to my family my daughter and myself

I love the feeling of lifting because for that one moment I am alone and I am the best. I know that there are those stronger and better than I am but in that moment I am untouchable. I feel like I can walk taller after I lift both in business and in life because I have over come what I thought I could not over come that day.
