started working out in high school sports- excelled in powerlifting, wrestling, Tae Kwan Do, Boxing- I got hulky and ripped- after power lifting ended I worked out still but not as intense.
in my 20's and 30's I did not work out too much- I got chubby and chunky, ate horribly and drank a lot of beer. Just a few years ago I took a job traveling quite a bit eating lots of restaurant food and not watching what I ate. Last year I found myself on the couch weighing 180 lbs.!! For 5'5 thats a lot of weight!!- So I got back to work - I started watching the Biggest Loser and that got me even more motivated seeing the inspirational stories on the show-After that I just started running quite a bit, working out and eating better cutting out all fried foods, drinking lots of water, eating more fruits and veggies and several times a day. The pounds started falling off after that and now here I am!
