About 6 years back I lost a lot of weight. I regained almost all of that a few years later. Last summer (2013) I regained control and lost about 40lbs and maintained that loss. Starting again in March 2014, I'm determined to lose the rest of the weight and begin a final maintenance of that much healthier weight and lifestyle. About 30-35lbs and I'll be exactly where I want to be.

I love seeing the results of working out and eating right. Watching your body transform is truly amazing.
