I was skinny as hell, 70kg at the height of 196cm. I got sick and tired of being this way and I decided that no one will change it for me and I have to do it myself! so I did!

Working out/gym is my to go place, some people drink when they have problems, some take drugs, the other like myself go to the gym, get their anger out on the weights and at this same time better themselves. I love how I can change my body and I love that the only person that is in control of my look is myself... It is amazing how much can you do just by putting your effort and being consistent with what you do in your life.
