Started with bidybuilding when a guy friend of mine introduced me to split training. Before I used to do cardio, light supercircuit, but no weight training. After dabbling a while on my own with the gym machines, I started downloading workout programs from the transformation stories on.bb.com. Got more experience with weight training, and now am addicted to the burn.
