I have always worked out, ran and lifted. But after I had my second daughter I had gained weight and wanted to get it back. I worked out hard with a trainer and lost all the baby weight and then some. Just when I was feeling good about my body, I got pregnant with my son. Throughout that pregnancy I worked out and stayed heathy the entire time. The recovery was so much easier! Now that I am done having children I would like to have a fitness physique and maintain it.

100% of the time keeps or puts me in a great mood! It's fun and I love it!
