I started working out in again back in 1994. Also got into Arnold's bodybuilding and following his career with many other bodybuilders. I felt and looked older then my age. I was always active in school relay and track...my friend and I started to lift weights,,,,I at 37 got asked to compete 2 different occasions, it never came about with having 4 kids and demanding schedule....migraines. I kept up the good work until my car accident in 2001. I have some injuries that required health care and a lot of physio.I now am at a place where I can train again never be able to compete due to my back but I can certainly try to get back into better shape or the best i can get into.
Update 2014,, in 2 years lost 18 pounds, dropped inches and body fat. Goal to compete next year ,,,never thought this possible 15 years later! Perseverance....boooyahhh!!! thanks to you perps and this site!!

I love body building and working out because it releases any inhibitions one might have. I love the outcome of all the hard work in transforming ones body..I feel free in the gym where no one can tell me what to do. I also promote healthy living so why not be a walking advertisement for my patients.
