It all began when I was the slowest swimmer on my High School swimteam. I had a mentor who coached masters in the afternoons and children on the weekend. I wanted to improve my endurance. The seconde year I made the swimteam again but I could see that my team mates didnt have that much faith or excitement to see that I had returned. After a knee surgery and 16months of recovery I was ready to display my true physical potential without any excuses! Sci-Fit Beta Alanine is what got me on the road to poer lifting. Because i couldnt get into a pool 2hours 5times a week anymore I needed to find a new excorcise regiment that was just as intense and satisfying but had low-impact on my knees.
3years later while I was hunting for a cheaper price for Beta Alanine Sci-Fit brand (since for some odd reason it isn't carried in many supplemnt shops) i came across bodybuilding.com
I found myself ordering time and time again from this site whenever my supplements got low, and then finally after discovering their customer service is reliable each and every time i order anything (no busted or leaky powdered capsules here from here!) I made a account. I also want to be surprised and surrounded by the people around me, who have goals ,strong minded, and determination similar to my own.
Working out it amazing and yeilds unimaginable results. Generally any physical activity that engages my entire body is what I call LIFE! I dont go around flaunting how easy it is (for me) to lift up furniture by myself, but I do recognize Dawarnism is key,"Survival of the fittest". If I cannot be mobile and help myself, how can I expect to help others? I've had too many run-ins with loose dogs in my neighborhood and when I started to feel winded after gogging just 2 blocks, I knew weight lifting alone would not be enough. I needed cardio and endurance training. I noticed the people around who whine and complain about many things didn't have discipline and they also did dont attempt to try to make a change about their situations. I've overcome knee surgery, lifetime bullies, swim meets, weekly martial arts training. And It does get easier. Instead of rushing to places to do "nothing" productive with myself. I'd rather get a light sweat going in my spare time. When I decided to walk places and make a good home cooked meal because I could not eat a balanced meal at a restaurant, my skin tone and acne also naturally improved!! I'm happy to say my shirt is starting to feel "tighter" but in different areas. Like in the arm and neck area. No more "muffin tops", and no more "cankles". Sure shopping for pants has been a bit hellish because despite my waist line I have thick thinghs. But thats alright though. I'd rather shop frequently for pants than for girtles to hide a stomach like some people I know who hate to break a sweat. :]
