As a photo-journalist being fit is a necessity but in the past few years i have let go of regular workout and let my diet on the way side. Lately i had to cover major events outdoor and i realized that a lot of it made me tired and sour like never before. Since i plan on doing photography for a long time i better get back in shape and fast! This summer coming i will be covering some of the worlds largest sports event under scorching temperatures carrying 30 to 50 pds of gears 12-16hrs on hands...as i currently stand, it will hurt a lot!

I have 3 months to get back in total shape and especially reduced that 24% body fat that makes me so unfit!
