I was always the smaller guy at school and unpopular and picked on a lot. The weight room was therapy for me. It was the one place i could go when i was angry, frustrated, sad, hurt, upset, annyoyed or even happy. I think of my self as a painter instead of a canvas i have my body to paint into the perfect picture MY perfect picture in my head. Not what someone else wants me to be but what i wanna be.
Finnaly completed the live shredded muscle challenge. Even though I didn't place at my competition I love the way I look and feel. Not only do i look better but i feel more confident and have alot more self esteem for my self. From now on I plan on staying consistent with the gym and with my nutrition. I hope I can be an inspiration to my fellow military members on a deployment or those that aren't. I'm proof that even while you are deployed to a 3rd world country you can become fit and with some creativity and care packages have a great diet. Along with the help and guidance from the work out plan and nutrition and supplements. I don't know how I would look. Also I want to start telling people that in just 12 weeks they can frantically change thier body appearance with and easy workout schedule and nutrition to follow along with it. Last but not least I want to thanks the blogs other people put to give me motivation I didn't always have Internet acess but when I did I woul read the blogs and it felt like I was inspired even more to see people doing the same thing as me. Also last but not least thanks to muscle pharm for the plan, nutrition & supplements to help me transform my body to what it is now.
