I am in my 40's and I want to live a fit healthy life for my next 40 years. I have worked out off and on since I was a teenager. I know my way around a gym and I have always had equipment at home.

I love to way I feel after a workout, I feel strong and I like that. I love the way I look when I start to see definition in my muscles.
