I've always loved being active since I was a tiny kid with tons of energy with my brother who showed me working out and martial arts gave deep appreciation for training. I started working out in a gym about 15-16 after i could start doing my first push ups... I didn't get any really serious gains until end of 2013-2014 where I have been seriously committed to understanding my body, the training necessary for me to grow stronger in the way I want, the nutrition to recover.
I love it because Ive became so much happier through bodybuilding, corrective exercise, nutrition, psychology.. I was very low self esteem when I was young and I always wanted a way out of it. I love the feeling of blood flow through muscles and joints in every part of my body, I love when I fall down after squats and deadlifts dripping pools of sweat and the lactic acid is surging through my posterior chain.. what makes me love it the most is the drive, success and meditation that we can all share if we become in tune through training, everyday I believe i should be achieving more by being present within my body, focusing on the contraction, clearing my mind completely, I want that to be a reality for everyone, a pain free meditative state where one can manipulate their nervous system to make themselves a healthier, happier and more secure person
