I guess I would say I started as a kid. I was always into doing some type of fitness activity. My cousin and I always would have some sort of exercise competition whether it be pushups, situps, whatever. When I got in high school I really began to get into the whole fitness thing. I played 3 sports throughout high school. I mainly stayed in shape after school while engulfed in my then career. But 4 years ago something happened... I fell off! I got lazy and didn't do any type of exercise at all. YEP...my own fault. No one to blame. I always maintained a physique though but not the one I used to have. So now this is a new beginning for me, I signed up on the site actually 1 year ago but really procrastinated. NOW it's time....MOTIVATED!!

Working out makes me feel alive. Nothing like the feeling. I loved seeing the results from my hard work and I had more confidence.
