After my 49th birthday I finally decided to go to the doctor because I was feeling like crap. I felt like I had all the symptoms of diabetes. Well i had low testosterone; in the double digits low; and sleep apnea. The worst part was not getting tnto a deep sleep. Tried the CPAP and slept worse. Went on TRT and started sleeping better. To work on the sleep apnea I started walking on the treadmill every morning and a very restrictive diet. Went from 248 to 235 pretty quick. Was feeling better but the weight loss just stopped. So I switched to doing Tap Out XT and raised my calories. Got to feeling better and looking better. Completed 6 weeks of that and decided to try DDP Yoga!. Did that for a couple of months (sill do some) was feeling good but decided I wanted muscle. So I found Starting Strength. Learned the lifts and the was on my way!!
