I have always had a love for working out. I started my athletic experience as a gymnast. I left competitive gymnastics after my first year of college. ( BIG MISTAKE) Once enrolled in my current university, my eating habit, workouts, and sleeping pattern went to non existent / awful . I put on a lot of weight. they say in college you will gain the freshman 15lbs. i believe i gained the freshman 30; NOTHING FIT. My clothes no longer fit and i was unhappy with the way i looked. I started working out hard after my freshman year, but my dedication level would fluctuate a lot. I have tried every lose weight fast diet; they don't work. I have finally decided to become dedicated to my workout and healthy living. Working out and eating healthy are very important for your body. Not everything that is available to eat is good to eat. Some foods do more damage on your body and mind. Here i am ready to workout and reach a goal of 117!
