i was always into sports and being active, i played pee wee football till i was to old for it then moved in the greatest and hardest sport ever PAINTBALL. i played for a while up till high school then got kinda drug into partying and drugs. but i found the help i need through weight training at my school. i looked forward everyday to going to the weight room growing and changing. but after high school i started gaining a lot of weight due to poor diet and no more free gym, so i found KRIS GETHIN through research and got back into it he has helped me so much i cant explain.
To me having a plain when walking into the gym is setting yourself up to battle! Sitting down in the locker room getting your prework out down fitting your straps starting the music it a head game. Finding the deep dark hole to put your self, because you know the end if far away and you going to have to fight to get their sweat blood and tears have a new meaning to you. Your fight a mental and physical game with cold hard steal, theirs no superstar to help bring the team though the darkness its just you and how much you willing to sacrifice to get their. To me work out is something people cant begin to understand unless they been in the fight, the dieting and cardio with no sleep going to work and just think why, why should i do this everyone else is eating what they want when they want drink sleeping, looking at your self in the mirror saying **** THIS! Im tired my body hurts hand are busted and i want something sweet to eat, but the day rolls by and you find your self going to the gym and eatting that meal bc you know that in the end you will not fail.
