I was fluffy, had absolutely NO muscle. I never worked out my entire life and I am now 33. I have a heart condition called Mitral Valve Prolapse where I was restricted growing up from even being in PE in school. I never enjoyed activities or rode roller coasters out of fear because the Dr told me I couldn't. Last June I wanted to lose weight so I started off with Cardio daily and changing my eating habits. I lost 20lbs. In September I started slowly lifting weights and going to the gym and it wasn't until about three months ago I decided to take it more seriously which lead me to where I am now doing Kris Gethin's 12 week daily trainer and taking body building seriously. I can't wait to see what exercise can do for me for once in my life I am going to accomplish what I EVEN doubted as well as Doctor's. WIsh me luck! I have always been a little Monster now I want to be a beast and go BEAST MODE! :)
