In all honesty, I look at the people around this website and I wonder why I'm here. I'm wayy chubbier than all the women I see on this site, but then I realize that seeing the transformations and what hard work can do is what's going to push me to succeed and maintain a lifestyle I've never seen before.
I started losing weight when I hopped on the scale and saw 282 pop up (holy ****!) and I haven't looked back. That was last January, and today I sit at 235 pounds-ish. I've noticed huge changes in my body, that I'm completely proud of. I've been switching it up for the past month or so, adding weight training to my routine, following JE's LiveFit program, and I absolutely love it.
I love working out, and I will love getting into bodybuilding when the time comes because I love pushing my body to the limit. I love lifting until my arms can't lift anymore, doing squats until my legs shake and doing crunches until it hurts to laugh after. The best part is when you're in the shower and you find a bone or a muscle that is suddenly there that you never noticed before, checking it out in the mirror after and being like "damn!".
