I have always loved being active, playing sports, rock climbing, hiking, and performing a variety of outdoor activities. I fell off in 2011 and gained a ton of weight. My lack of physical activity, age and diet all caught up with me. I am now focused on turning things around. I have already lost 40 lbs prior to joining this site and want to lose another 40 lbs.

I couldn't see myself going without working out ever again. It is a huge stress reliever and age is currently not my friend, so staying in shape is a must.
