I had my last child at 37 years old and vowed to slim down so that I could keep up with her. That's what I did and have been fitness conscious ever since.

I just feels good to be physically active. Also, I find working out to be a great stress reliever and mood booster. Kickboxing, for sure, relieves stress. I just visualize whatever is stressing me and then I jab, cross, uppercut, and hook away!!
