I went to a small school and we went to a fitness center out in town to lift weights for gym class. It was real informal but my gym teacher taught me a lot. He was real young like 25 or so. I did what he said and I got stronger and bigger and realized this was what I wanted to do.

It keeps me centered. It is kind of like a guiding light that helps me steer away from all the bad things that are tempting to me otherwise. Also it is very fulfilling to me.
