It all started with joining my first gym to become healthier and lose a bit of weight before my high school graduation. I loved working out and became a strong part of my life. Then I met my husband who was also big into fitness and weight lifting. We both joined a new gym together in 2005 and have been members there ever since.

I love how I feel when and after I work out. Hitting the gym on those "bad days" almost always puts me in a better mood. I love seeing how far I can push myself and getting my body to do new things that my mind would tell me I can't do. I also love seeing my body change depending on the type of training routine I follow.
I also love helping others in the gym and want to motivate and encourage them to become healthier and push themselves beyond what their mind thinks they can or cannot achieve.
