I started when I was 15 years old. My older brother got me into it. We had a Joe Weider total gym set up in our basement. There was a heavy bag, old school dumbbells, and of course, the boom box bumping out some AD/DC or Metallica. Ever since then, I carried my love for training and fitness with me. However, it wasn't until I enlisted in the USAF and really tapped into what has become a for-loving career in fitness. I decided to get my NASM CPT and continue to inspire, motivate, and educate others.

It keeps me focused to continue to push forward and accomplish the challenging goals i set forth. I love working out and crushing goals. It also allows me to inspire the uninspired.
